Truth

I love how FaceBook lets us find new friends that share common interests and stimulate our thinking. I enjoyed discussion with a few new friends this morning which caused me to reflect on Truth.

A new friend said:

As long as you distance yourself from truth the keyhole will remain obscure. Everyone talks about laws of attraction creating your own reality but do you really believe.

If you create your own reality then you must be truth.

Then I thought:
Friend, You are precisely correct in that epiphany or realization.
It is obvious you are thinking about what it means: you create your own reality.
For if truth defines reality, or as the world thinks; truth reflects it, then if you are the one that defines it by creating reality, You would also have to be the one creating what is true or truth with the same stroke of creativity.
Or to put it another way, the non-Seth world, believes truth is “the accurate statement of reality”. Here truth or being true is referring to how a statement is congruent or consistent with what is real in reality.
It is absolutely true that the Sethies, that understand Seth, believe they create the physical reality that the non-Seth world believes is “Out There”.
The knowing “Sethie” understands the subjective reality of Mind, inner consciousness or the Soul, or the Entity (if you don’t like the word soul) is the reality from which camoflauge (physical) reality is created of that soul’s mental constructs.
Second Friend:
I am a bit confused by the method you are using. A statement that defines “truth” in itself is meant to be “true”. So you presuppose “truth” in order to define it. I think we have a dilemma here.
Here’s my thoughts, part of what was shared in reply and then expanded as I created this post:

Ah, yes. I see your point. First thought is: I have no other method in which to communicate except from the perspective of my own reality; the reality wherein I objectively define truth including the definition of truth.

But can we use another method? Can we mentally construct another object model to illustrate the interrelationship between truth and creating reality without using a circular construct.

Sadly, although I am not sad about it, I recognize that in order to express the subjective reality of the mind, we have to take our subjective self out of the subjective event and place it into the role of an objective independent observer. This is the nature of all objective mental constructs we call physical reality.  (See Additional thoughts In my next post.)

Dilemma and paradox is the nature of all objective expressions because we must use what we’ve already defined as real to make any expression. Paradox is built in and perpetuated because our ego only accepts as real those that are defined with aspects of time/space and cause/effect relationship. Hence you will always find circular referencing paradoxes and insurmountable dilemma with any attempt at expression.

It is just a matter of how deep you want to go in evaluating the terms of expression. When I speak of having bacon and eggs for breakfast, you usually do NOT use the argument that chickens and eggs exist within a relationship of paradox to refute my expression about breakfast.

We are actually at this moment within TWO realities. Not only yours and mine in which we each define what true means. But I am actually in two realities as well as you. (I am not talking about probable realities either).

The two realities are the subjective and the objective or physical reality. We create the physical reality from mental constructs. Only the subjective reality wherein we know that we “are or exist” answers the paradoxical challenges of our physical or objective expressions.
There is no chicken and egg paradox once one realizes the two were created at the same time they were conceived of as being in causality relationship during mental construction.
The most simple expression, the mere statement that I exist, can not be expressed without paradox unless we turn to our subjective reality to realize it.

I think, therefore I am.

We need only – BelieveIt 2 RealizeIt

The most important paradoxical question regarding origin is: Which comes first?

  • Subjective reality  wherein physical reality is perceived as sensed and known, or
  • Physical reality that must be perceived subjectively before it can be sensed or known.

For me, I have decided:
A subjective vision of a man came before there was a man beholding a vision.

Additional Study:

Seth: “…you are truth…”
“You all know that the authority is within yourself.”

Seth: “I am here to break down your ideas of history and of dogma. I am not here to build up a new system that you can grab ahold of and say, “Aha, Seth is truth and so we have it all at 458 West Water Street!”

I am here to say, you are truth and you are history; I am here because you are courageous, because you dare to come to a place where you will be returned to your self and to your own authority. I am with a group of individuals who will no longer accept their reality from others, who will instead accept the joy, the creativity and the challenge of recognizing the fact that you create your lives individually and en masse. I am here because I am with a group of people who will no longer accept excuses for what they do not like in their reality, and a group of people who will be courageous enough to be proud of their achievements.

I am here to tell you that you form history. It does not form you. You make ideas. You are the masters of ideas – they shall not enslave you. You shall not throw down your being and your humanity and your intimate life for an idea. Because you are human and alive and because you are consciousness, you form ideas. They come from you. You do not come from them.

Ideas are creative and joyous and alive but they belong to consciousness. Consciousness gives birth to ideas. You give birth to the ideas that are within you and that you follow. Do not be misled by any system of beliefs. This class, hopefully, will free you to move in whatever way you want, joyfully and with exaltation, within the beliefs of your own consciousness.

You all know that the authority is within yourself. Often you are afraid of following it and so you project it outward upon others, and follow them blindly – recognizing the authority but not recognizing it as your own. And, of course, not having to take the responsibility for it either, not having to accept the creativity and the accomplishment of it either, for that you are denied.
