{"id":1701,"date":"2015-01-03T11:57:03","date_gmt":"2015-01-03T17:57:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/believeit.us\/?p=1701"},"modified":"2015-01-03T11:57:03","modified_gmt":"2015-01-03T17:57:03","slug":"exciting-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/believeit.us\/?p=1701","title":{"rendered":"Exciting Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new friend inspired thoughts about\u00a0the intensity of some of lifes&#8217; more &#8220;Exciting moments&#8221;, those ones that\u00a0at the time feel\u00a0less than desired.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I think we each have demons of our own creation, created for purposes of our own personal interests, recreations and amusements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">We definitely create some pretty \u201cintense and exciting\u201d realities. But then I remember some one said, and I can confirm; the blessing, \u201c<strong>May you live in exciting times<\/strong>\u201d,\u00a0often\u00a0feels like\u00a0a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/May_you_live_in_interesting_times\">Chinese curse<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I am reminded of\u00a0recently visiting an amusement park last summer riding\u00a0some pretty intense rides. I recognize, we often don\u2019t appreciate them as recreation until the ride stops. In fact, in their most intense moments, we can hardly wait for the scariest parts to end.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2026 But then, we get right back in line to do it all over again and pretty soon our <strong>certainty\u00a0of safety brings boredom<\/strong>\u00a0and we\u2019re off in search of the next recreation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Isn\u2019t it GREAT! We are such masters of concentration, that we can focus upon our objective expressions and we can even fool ourselves into thinking: it\u2019s all happening outside of our creative power, instead of within it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">And so, I know why I brought\u00a0Greg into my reality\u00a0today, he&#8217;s caused me to think these thoughts and remember to \u201cchill\u201d with some of the intense concerns that are happening in my life\u2019s game today.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you Universe! \u2013 BelieveIt 2 ReceiveIt<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new friend inspired thoughts about\u00a0the intensity of some of lifes&#8217; more &#8220;Exciting moments&#8221;, those ones that\u00a0at the time feel\u00a0less than desired.
