It is hard create a plan to achieve a goal if the target is not identified.
What thoughts and beliefs should be the targeted for change?

Test your thoughts against what seems to be.

5. Why did Seth emphasize seems? Thinking ahead, could we change our thoughts in a meaningful endeavor without changing our beliefs.
Is this an example of a core belief? Why or why not?

In this session, Seth has also reinforced the foundational, metaphysical (unchangeable) belief about reality and then another key about limits and purpose for being:

The truth is then that you form your own reality directly. You react consciously and unconsciously to your beliefs.

Believe then, that you are a being unlimited by nature, born into flesh to materialize … the great joy and spontaneity of your nature”

6. Is this “unlimited by nature” an example of a core belief? Why or why not?
Why do we experience physical reality? Is there an end game objective?

Is this “to materialize … the great joy and spontaneity of your nature” an example of a core belief?

Does the mention of born into flesh help distinguish between a core belief and a metaphysical immutable principle? Must a core belief only applies to a specific physical camouflage, or can a metaphysical principle also be a core belief? Is there a difference?

Sympathetic Attraction

Pg49-50 Belief Intensity attracts to itself others of a like nature.

1 This is very revealing for anyone that fears attracting unwanted thoughts or demons. This is just the beginning of clues Seth provides that what we attract is always in sympathy with our own beliefs including the idea of unwanted entities or demons. It also explains why once we get fixed on a belief, everything we observe seems to support it.

4 – Are core beliefs facts? Are there any beliefs we think facts that are immutable law?

Pg51 1 – We attract data! The details we observe are attracted according to the patterns of what we believe ahead of the observations.

4 – How do we structure our perception? What is a structure? What does it mean, we structure?
Who or what controls the focus of our attention?
If we get what we concentrate upon, and attention is outside our direct control, what hope have we of affecting change?

Pg 52 – [1] Treat beliefs as furniture to rearrange.
