Hope then Faith

Faith is where an expectation manifests as action; where we stop hoping and find sufficient conviction in the truth of some premise that we’re compelled to act upon it.

Hope is where you want to believe something but aren’t convicted of its reality sufficient to take action. Where we want to believe, but haven’t mustered sufficient conviction to trust taking the risk of baseless action.

Our actions reveal whether our beliefs are convictions of expectation or just statements of hopeful desire.

All expectations begin with desire, a belief there is sufficient value gain potential in the object of desire. When we discover sufficient desire or value belief, we’re intrigued to discover acquisition opportunity.   When we perceive a sufficient balance, we feel hopeful.

Strong enough belief in either of these areas and we’re feeling hopeful. With sufficient hope, our thoughts are focused until the intention to have the object of our hope collects sufficient evidence that we’re able to conclude expectation. Expectation is belief that we are about to possess that which started as our identified desire.

With more focus on what you’d like to expect, we find more reasons to justify the conclusion that the hoped for expectation is actually true; true to reality. Then and only then will you realize your entrusted hope was well placed and feel the enthusiasm of expectation that overflows into action.
By exercising hope with a biased toward expectation the great things we hope for can be realized.  Believeit! Realizeit!
