Re: plane of reversal and the original hellish creation
I’m curious which reality you refer to when you say “, but reality shows us … predators and parasites”. Assuming by your question that you have such in your reality; perhaps the following will help.
A few of Seth’s most basic concepts are:
- You create your own reality.
- We are multi-dimensional beings.
- Value fulfillment is perhaps the most important element in the being of All That Is, and it is a part of the heritage of all species.
- Life is sacred—all life—and again, all life seeks value fulfillment, not simply physical survival.”
Reality – two frameworks
The primary dimension of our personal reality is a subjective reality. Seth often refers to this fuller subjective reality as Framework II. Framework I is the physical reality we are familar with. It is a mentally constructed objective perspective of a limited portion of all that we are capable of sensing and experiencing in framework II. There is no “original hellish creation” in physical reality unless you create it for your own valued purpose!
We are capable of focusing upon multiple perspectives with each forming a dimension of the fuller self that we are.
Seth tells us the self experiencing this fuller reality is a gestalt of consciousnesses, it is a self encompassing all of our multi-dimensional focused selves.
Seth refers to this gestalt of selves as the entity or soul. The entity holds within it the multitude of all our selves that are individually focused upon various dimensions, aspects and perspectives the fuller self is capable of creating for the purpose of finding valued fulfillment in its being.
Some of these individual selves are focused upon various lives and past-lives, (individual physical lives we mentally construct in which we give intense objective focus, like the one we now experience as physical reality). Others are just as intently focused upon probable realities where we’ve contemplated and projected mentally constructed realities expected probable of bringing our being fulfilling valued realizations. Kind of like when we ponder; should I become a lawyer or a nurse and imagine what it would be like to choose either path?
Possibly you’ve seen above, it is important to understand; Seth’s stated purpose for our being is the same as for all consciousness; it is the propose of all beings and the purpose behind each of our multi-dimensional self creations.
We purpose discovery of ever deeper and expanding realizations of valued fulfillments to being.
Each value fulfilling realization gives purpose to our being and as we add to and improve upon the value of all that we are and our part of all that is (God; if you will) we bring purpose for the being of all that is!
If we create a mentally constructed reality in which we find our self encompassed about by threatening objects like predators and parasites, we have done so for the purpose that we might discover some depth of valued realization believed and expected of value for fulfilling our being.
If by experiencing a predator or parasite sapping our personal lives, liberties and our pursuits of happiness; if being a victim is our experience, it is a mentally constructed external object perspective we’ve created for the purpose of giving ourselves greater value fulfillment in the experience!
Each of these experiences shape our character, our identity and become the defining aspects of personality that bring fulfillment to our being.
We simply have to look within such to find the valued realizations waiting to be discovered. When they are discovered, they’re highly valued!
Every quest begins with a question. Every quest brings its own valued prize.
BelieveIt 2 RealizeIt
As I continued thinking, I found a reply from ButWhat CanIdo (on YouTube ) reaffirming his position that Seth may be an predator external to, yet within, our fuller reality seeking to entrap us and take our power.
I find difficulty accepting the idea that ATI has predatory aspects, rather interpret that ButWhat CanIdo is referring to predators found within Objective reality especially since his proposed safe guard seems to involve a physical act of object activity. I shared this response:
I welcome your communication. I always find clarity and new realizations in contrast, even if I do not agree in the end (a conclusion I have not formed).
I thought I might investigate the concept you refer to as “plane of reflection”. I do not find much of anything with google, so I must ask you if you have any references to the concept?
I’d like to see a little more context to what you’re referring. Actually, reminds me of an early Gnostic writing found in the Nag Hammadi.
Re your: “Sure you can focus on some desire and it may build strength, but if it is not true balance with the physical “reflection” then it will always be destroyed by the reversal as the numbers try to balance the equation.”
It’s a distinction of Reality; but Which Reality?
It is very important to understand that your primary reality and the reality wherein we find the divine subjectivity mentioned in the herein posted video sourced from Seth’s: Dreams, Evolution and Value Fulfillment Ch2. That reality is NOT object reality. It does not have external objects, predators or parasites. Rather in subjective reality, all are part of an essence, field, or God if you will, that Seth identifies as “All That Is” (ATI).
Object reality on the other hand IS a mental construct. Object reality is where you DO find objects considered external to the personal self like predators and parasites. No doubt dualism, good and evil, inside and outside, before and after aspects were a part of the earliest constructs as subjective consciousness attempted expression into objectivity. In that regard, Object reality can easily be thought of as a “plane of reflection”. That may be what you’re referring to?
However, the mental construction of objective reality by very definition is at best an approximation of our subjective reality and at worse a confusing illusion.
While we like to consider the mental construct similar to a reflection, it is fundamentally different as the construct is infused with a fundamental shift of perspective. That shift of perspective distorts the most fundamental characteristic of subjective consciousness.
Object expression attempts to shift perspective by mentally constructing a symbolic object to represent the observer (itself) and then observe it as if the observing self were outside of the self object being observed/observing its own attributes.
Expression is paradox right from the start. Which comes first the observation of the external object or the external object making the observation?
The answer is simple: The observer subjectively observing that creates the express perspective comes before the external object is aware of observing itself.
We use the object perspective so we can reflect upon each strand, piece and subjective facet of what we observe in our observing. We do this as if what we observe exists independent of our observing self making its self observation. The illusion only works because we have an ego that refuses to notice the man behind the curtain. It is the same one that then finds paradox with every object in our physically objective reality.
Object expression is fraught with paradox. Paradox is inherently obvious to any observer willing to look at the whole of ANY objective construct. In our objective reality an object must have locality and also exist in a relationship demonstrating causality. The paradox found in all pf objective reality is locality. Locality implies a beyond, an inside and outside and a before and after. The paradox is discovered in asking: if so, where did it begin?
Another paradox found in with objects is causality. Causality implies a cause and effect with every object being an effect caused. The paradox is discovered in asking: if so, what caused the first cause?
Neither fundamental basis of objective reality holds true when looking at the whole of object reality; the object reality concept fails being unable to reference a first locality or first cause in its full realization.
Re: ButWhat’s: “Most people are stuck in a feedback loop of victim and perpetrator. But you can break the pattern by absorbing the reflection instead of fighting it.”
This is true, we only need to understand what it means.
How do we absorb the reflection
The existence of predators and parasites is a mental construct.
In actuality, we absorb the reflection by seeing the whole picture and understanding the fuller reality that gave rise to the construct of victimization is a creation of our subjective souls.
However to actually absorb the reflection instead of fighting it, we have to dispel the belief the predator can victimize us. Some simply believe they can ask their god and he will take care of it and when they believe it, their reality IS changed. As Seth said in this audio recording; The myth of god and prayer actually comes closer to true reality than the person that believes there is no god.
Seth describes a cooperative universe predisposed to good that is like what we call god found within all that is. That nature is within us and we determine what we experience as we create our own realities.
To understand how we absorb predators from our fuller subjective reality we commence the quest of deliverance by the questions we ask.
We absorb the reflection or accomplish the deliverance, by understanding what is behind the self fulfilling loop back phenomena. To do that we need to understand why the victim phenomena. To understand that, we start by understanding / asking why we create the objective perspective in the first place.
OK, So why have a mentally constructed object perspective?
The expressed objective perspective, along with the fundamental aspects of locality and causality imputed into every object expression, afford us an opportunity to consider our subject consciousness from a unique and insightful perspective. We seek the expressed objective form as we seek to expand our realizations of value in being the observer observing what we subjectively observe within and as a part of all that is.
We’ve been endowed with consciousness, and an ability to discern preference (beauty, if you will) within all that we consciously observe and find value (love, if you will) subjectively.
BUT the expression into object form does NOT change the basic nature of our consciousness. We are at all times and in all manners exercising consciousness subjectively. Consciousness can not and can NEVER be completely expressed as if it were an object existing external/outside the observer. When we find ourselves thinking objective reality is the foundation, paradox is meant to reel us back into the subjective context.
The paradox questions are answered by those oriented to the objective perspective as a God existing in the heavens outside of our space time (locality) dimension.
Seth tells us the paradox is answered in subjectivity; subjectively recognizing that there is NO paradox when we understand objective reality is an idea construction: The paradox exists only because objective reality as a mental construct, was constructed with locality and causality when first constructed. In actuality, with the first mental construction we find the first locality and first cause in the first subjective observation.
Physical evidence confirms the validity that our subjective reality is primary. Such is the undeniable conclusion faced with the presence of all the paradox observed in objective reality.
Simply, the chicken and the egg were created with locality and causality at the same time for the purposes the mental construct was meant to achieve. With the first observation, we find they both exist. Neither was first and both were first.
Like with the wizard of OZ, it all makes sense once we realize there is a man behind the curtain. A unit of consciousness subjectively observing a mental construct created the objective reality under observation. Or if you prefer another frame of mind perspective: God created object reality. However whether we seek creation within ATI or by an external God; only a subjective creation overcomes the paradoxes encountered when one attempts to imagine a creation originating within object reality.
We can get much from creating the mental construct of a chicken and an egg in causality relationship. Many valued realizations can come from exploring their objective aspects but only in recognizing the subjective aspects they represent.
Conclusion – A Quest
To understand more of why All That Is does not have innate predatory and parasitical qualities to fundamentally fear within our fuller subjective reality. And, to understand why one might find such represented in objective reality, I suggest a quest into understanding ATI’s most innate aspects: Seth identifies two key aspects shared by all consciousness;
- the inherent nature of value fulfillment and,
- the inherent nature of value.
- It is only in understanding these that one can accept Seth’s concept:
We live in a “Safe Universe”.

“Now in that infinite becoming, there are states that you would call perfected, but had creativity rested within them, all of experience would be destined to grind to a halt. Yet this great complexity is not unwieldly; it is as simple, in fact, as a seed.
“All That Is is inexhaustible. Infinity rests within simultaneous action, in a way that you cannot presently understand.”
“Give us a moment. All That Is is alive within the least of itself, aware within for example the molecule. It endows all of its parts – or its creations – with its own abilities that then act as inspiration, impetus, guiding lines and principles, by which these parts then seek to further create themselves, their own worlds and systems. This is freely given.”
“These powers and abilities will be used by these creations in various ways. In your own case mankind is forming his reality through the use of these gifts. He is learning to use them efficiently and well. He uses them to exist. They form the basis of his reality. Within that framework, individually and as a whole, mankind may seem to make errors, to bring ill health, death or desolation upon himself, but he is still using those abilities to create a world.”
“Through observing his creation he learns how to use these abilities better. He checks on his inner progress by seeing the physical materialization of his work. The work, the reality, is still a creative achievement, although it may portray a tragedy or unspeakable terror in your terms at any given time.”
